Causeway Carpets makes textured loop pile carpets with a natural, handcrafted look. Many of its ranges are made from 100% British wool, so they are warm, hard-wearing and sustainable as well as beautiful.

Textured Loop Pile Carpets

In a loop pile carpet, the yarn is looped rather than cut. The loops create a subtle pattern and texture underfoot, which adds interest to a room without overpowering it. Loop pile is also one of the most durable carpet constructions, so it suits hallways, stairs and busy living rooms.

Causeway's loop piles range from chunky, rustic textures to fine ribs and cords. They sit comfortably in both contemporary and traditional homes, and the natural colours work with wood, stone and painted floors alike.

British Wool Carpets

Causeway has been making carpets since 1982, when it started in Blackburn, Lancashire. Its wool carpets are naturally soft, insulating and resistant to flattening, and wool is renewable and biodegradable. Causeway is also a supporter of the Campaign for Wool.

At your free home measure, we measure each room, check the floor and give you a fixed quotation. Our own fitters lay new underlay, fit your carpet, including stairs and landings, and take away the old flooring. We fit carpets across Sevenoaks and West Kent.
